It is required to protect confidential data of the staffs as well as visitors that requires additional costs. Therefore, it is crucial to overcome all these challenges to gain advantages for applying Cisco solutions in the hospitality industry. Project hardware requirements Adoption and implementation of the project requires hardware and software that can be listed as followed. Hardware of the project: computer, servers, Wi-Fi routers, cables, network devices like modem, network router and mobile devices. Personal Computer: Windows 7/8/10 operating system, 4GB RAM, 500 GB hard disk. Server: Web Server and Database Server Cables: Twisted pair cable, series: CAT5E (upto 1 Gbps), Manufacturer: Prysmian Australia Pty Ltd, Model name: M27500-20TET14 Features: 100 MBps TPDDI, 155 Mbps ATM, Gigabit Ethernet, It offers better near-end cross talk than other series Port - 23 Types of cables: Shielded and unshielded are the types of twisted pair cable. In the project, unshielded twisted pair cables can be used. Benefits of the proposed design The proposed design can be helpful for the hospitality industry. It can enable services of the customers through equipping the staffs with the help of mobile devices. In addition, it can enhance responsiveness with on-site Wi-Fi networking [3].
